1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.


2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping method and delivery times

We ship all orders via standard delivery. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:

UK mainland 3–5 business days after dispatch
Scottish Highlands & Islands 5–7 business days after dispatch
Northern Ireland 5–7 business days after dispatch
Channel Islands & Isle of Man 5–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, adverse weather, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking number or link will be included so you can monitor your delivery.


6. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly overdue, please get in touch and we will investigate with our courier.


8. Damaged items in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Faulty Item Refund Policy. We recommend keeping all original packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
