Return of faulty items In most cases, we will arrange return postage at no cost to you. Please do not discard the item until we have reviewed your claim.
Refund processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund beyond the 14-day window if a fault develops within the first 6 months of purchase.
